Learn boxing techniques through a series of videos and check-ins with your personal trainer.   

Boxing is an excellent way to get in that cardio in a new and fun way.

This is a 4-week program that can be continued when you find a new love for boxing.

  • Weightlifting 

I will send you work out plans based on your ability and knowledge in the weightlifting area.

All levels will be in 4-week intervals.
